Richway gives a full warranty on its products for one year. You can extend that warranty into the second and third years should you need them. What that means that if sometime in the second year your product malfunctions, you can call Richway at (808) 589-2800 and purchase a second year warranty for the price that product cost you in shipping. (Example: Your Professional Biomat needs repair in year two so the price of the warranty would be $60 because that is what the shipping cost of that product is). Same goes for the third year but it doubles ($120 for the Professional). The good news is that you need not purchase that warranty unless you need it and if not, you pay nothing.
FujiBio-RichWay will accept returns:
a) 0-7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange.
b) after 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, returned for 70% refund or exchange only
c) after 15 days, and up to 30 days of receipt, for 50% refund or exchange.
After 31 days, there is no refund or exchange
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by calling the office at: (808)589-2800 before any returns are made. Be sure to have your invoice (RI) number on hand when calling.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Some shippers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm HST.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For 2nd day air call 850-348-1541. Each product ships in its own box. Please call for overseas rates. These orders are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday around 2:30 PM HST.

In observance of the Christmas Holiday's, no packages will be mailed during this period. To receive your packages BEFORE Christmas, we recommend you order any items before December 15th. We cannot guarantee delivery of any package before Christmas after this date. If you'd like to expedite your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Insurance Steps:
1. Have your doctor write a prescription recommending one of our products. Please specify item
name and size. If your doctor is not aware of far infrared and negative ion technology, provide
Richway Biomat literature.
2. Complete a Richway Order Form with the patient's name as the applicant. In large letters across
the top of the form, write "Medical Receipt Requested". Put your name as the sponsor and leave
the payment information on the form blank.
3. Fax or email the form to Richway, attention Doreen. If faxed, follow up with a phone call to
ensure that the fax has been received.
4. The patient will receive a Medical Receipt from Richway then submits the Medical Receipt,
Doctor's Prescription, and Health Insurance Claim Formsto their insurance company. Keep
copies of all documents.
5. It is the patient's responsibility to follow up with their insurance company regarding the approval
status.
6. If approved, the insurance company will send a check payable to Fuji Bio Science, Inc. If the
patient receives the check payable to both themselves and Fuji Bio Science, Inc., they will
endorse the check and forward it to Fuji Bio Science, Inc. The check must reference the RI
Number from the Richway Order Form. The RI Number is located on the top, right hand corner
of the order form.
7. After Richway receives the check, the order will be processed and products will be shipped to the
patient.
